Breaking New Ground for the Jack Russell Memorial Library

Everyone donned their new J.P. Cullen Hardhats for the groundbreaking of the new Jack Russell Memorial Library on March 13, 2010 in Hartford, Wisconsin. The City of Hartford and the Hartford Library Board worked hard for this special day.
