Major responsibilities include:

  • Direct support of the Divisional Vice President, Operations Manager and General Superintendent.
  • Creating, communicating, and storing confidential documents
  • Scheduling and coordinating annual and semi-annual reviews and documents
  • Managing and coordinating calendars for events including webinars and internal and external meetings
  • Providing support to Marketing for proposals, presentations, and meetings
  • Writing and distributing meeting minutes and agendas and general electronic documentation filing and organizing
  • Assisting in HR duties with job descriptions, interviews, offer letters, and onboarding
  • Updating and distributing monthly reports
  • Managing, reviewing, writing, and proofreading correspondence and reports as needed
  • Supporting additional office and project administrative tasks as needed

What you bring:

  • A 2 or 4 year Administrative or Business degree and/or relative experience providing administrative support for a combined minimum 8 years in an office setting]
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills and proficiency in a wide variety of computer programs, with the aptitude and willingness to learn new software and systems
  • Evidence of a high-level of discretion and respect for confidentiality
  • Customer service focused, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced environment
  • Being courteous, professional, and diplomatic in dealing with internal and external contacts
