PROJECT ASSISTANT

JP Cullen is seeking a project administrative assistant with a can-do attitude for our Milwaukee Division to provide clerical and administrative support to our Project Teams with the potential to grow to a Project Coordinator. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Accounting tasks such as record keeping, tracking of time and invoicing
  • Accurate typing and transcription
  • Composing correspondence
  • Creating contracts
  • Preparation of presentations and reports
  • Arranging meeting and travel plans
  • Provide support for staff as needed
  • Filing/Scanning
  • Back Up Phones/Receptionist duties
  • Construction related duties including posting plans and ordering materials for the field

Qualifications Desired:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Must be customer service focused and have excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, able to multi-task, has excellent time management skills and works well under pressure and/or deadlines
  • Knowledge of office equipment and construction experience is desirable but not required
  • Knowledge of Primavera and Newforma is desirable but not required
  • Basic understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and procedures is desirable but not required
