Each year we host and attend many student opportunities to hire interns and co-ops to gain valuable knowledge and real-world experience in the construction industry.

- Sept. 25: UW-Platteville (9 am – 12 pm)
- Sept. 25: UW-Stout (1 pm – 4 pm)
- October 2 & 3: MSOE (3 pm – 7 pm)
Why You Should Work Here
- Spend three to seven months learning a site engineer, estimator, or support services role. Our interns are trained by industry experts to fulfill an authentic work experience.
- Intern Training Days: Get the full experience by visiting all of our offices, touring different jobsites, and learning about our teams throughout the summer.
- Young Leader Involvement: Join our Young Leaders group for their summer activities, including their quarterly meeting, social events, and volunteering opportunities.
- Mentoring: You will have the opportunity to learn from someone outside of your direct team by partnering with one of our Young Leader members throughout the summer.
- Intern / Co-Op Team Outings: Get to know the rest of your intern class at events throughout the summer, including an initial meet and greet, a Mallards baseball game, and end of summer picnic!
