GRAEF moved their office space from the Honey Creek Corporate Center into the former mall on West Wisconsin Avenue that had been languished for years. Located inside Grand Avenue Mall’s old arcade, the office space added nearly 200 employees to downtown Milwaukee while creating a unique space filled with natural light and creative designs throughout. GRAEF was the first new tenant to move into the space.
The former Grand Avenue will also include 3rd Street Market Hall, which we are also working on.
