The Mukwonago Area School District is actively transforming Park View Middle School as part of its voter-approved $89.1 million referendum. This major investment reflects the district’s commitment to modernizing educational facilities and meeting the evolving needs of students and staff.

The project includes the construction of a brand-new 210,000 square foot middle school building, designed to support collaborative learning, larger classrooms, and enhanced academic opportunities. In addition, over 30,000 square feet of the existing 1993 section of the school will be renovated and incorporated into the new design, preserving valuable infrastructure while maximizing efficiency.

Once complete, the new facility will serve grades 6 through 8, allowing sixth-grade students to transition from elementary buildings into a dedicated middle school environment. The updated campus will also feature specialized STEM classrooms, a gymnasium, and community-accessible fitness areas.

Construction began in September 2025 and is expected to be completed in time for the 2027–2028 school year. JP Cullen is proud to support the Mukwonago Area School District in delivering a future-ready learning environment that reflects community values and educational excellence.
