To celebrate Women in Construction Week, we hosted a special panel and workwear try-on event designed to support and connect the women across our company. Female employees were invited to try on women‑sized safety gear and workwear to ensure they have the right equipment to feel safe, confident, and comfortable on the job.
In addition to the workwear experience, we held a panel featuring three incredible leaders from the AEC industry:
- Jenny Nelson, Manager of Planning, Design, and Construction at Meriter Hospital
- Kris Cotharn, Sr. Principal and Client Executive at IMEG
- Amy Consolatti, Safety Manager at JP Cullen
During the discussion, the panelists shared what first drew them to the industry and the skills they believe are essential to thrive in it. They also reflected on their leadership styles and highlighted the mentors who have helped shape their careers. Their stories offered valuable insight, inspiration, and encouragement for women at every stage of their construction journey.
