Prefabrication was used to efficiently coordinate and install wall panels at the tunnel connection between the existing facility and the new addition improving speed and accuracy in this food‑grade industrial construction environment.
We also supported the project as a subcontractor using our strong industrial trade coordination for food production to Ceroni Piping, completing strip footings, frost walls, CMU installation, steel framing, stairs, and interior and exterior slabs. In addition, we coordinated multiple specialty trades including rebar, precast, roofing, and excavation ensuring smooth sequencing, safety, and schedule control.
