Henricksen’s new Milwaukee office is a contemporary buildout of the fourth floor of the historic Eagleknit Building, thoughtfully designed to support flexibility, collaboration, and focus. The project transformed the existing floor into a modern workplace that reflects Henricksen’s innovative culture while accommodating a wide range of work styles.
The space features a variety of work environments, including open office areas, private workspaces, and dedicated collaboration zones, allowing employees to choose where and how they work best throughout the day. Intentional layout planning promotes connectivity and efficiency while still providing areas for concentration and privacy.
Modern finishes, updated systems, and a clean, functional aesthetic create a workplace that feels both welcoming and professional. The result is a dynamic office environment that supports productivity, teamwork, and future growth, all within one of Milwaukee’s character-rich buildings.
This project demonstrates how adaptive reuse and thoughtful interior design can come together to create a highly functional, modern office space tailored to today’s workforce.
