Wilson Street Garage

The Wilson Street Garage consists of a 560-space underground parking garage and a first-floor commercial space, including the bike center that will be operated by Freewheel Community Bike Shop. Above the commercial space are 148 additional parking spaces.

The new parking garage replaced the City’s 60-year old Government East above-ground garage on Block 105. The project contributed to the City’s plans to revitalize Madison’s downtown. The garage was the first element of the two-block development that will lead into the second phase of additions to the structure.
