Meet Weston LeMoine, one of our seasoned team members who has been with us since November of 2015. Currently holding the reins as a Project Manager in our Industrial Division, this individual brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table.
Description of your current role at JP Cullen.
I am currently a Project Manager in the Industrial Division, specializing in industrial machinery and equipment.
What is your proudest achievement?
Personally, I’m a proud dad of two happy and healthy beautiful girls. Professionally, completing my Millwright apprenticeship to become a Journeyman.
What is the best advice you ever received?
“Inaction breeds doubt and fear. Action breeds confidence and courage. If you want to conquer fear, do not sit at home and think about it. Go out and get busy.” –Dale Carnegie
If you could have a superpower, what would it be?
Precognition, which is the purported psychic phenomenon of seeing, or otherwise becoming directly aware of, events in the future.
What was your first job?
I grew up on farm with beef cattle and horses. I also ran a small handyman business while in high school. After graduating I got into industrial construction in the oilfields of North Dakota.
If you could witness any event past, present or future, what would it be?
I’ve always enjoyed reading about American history, so the signing of the Declaration of Independence would be neat to witness.
If you had to choose a different profession, what would it be?
Cattle/beef production.
