- What caused you to get into your profession?
Since I can remember, I have always been coached and mentored how to perform a task safely and wanted to make a living doing just that. My dad and grandfather always like to throw in their two cents while we are working on something and it has helped in my professional development! - What is your proudest achievement?
My proudest achievement was just recently at the Milwaukee Bucks Arena topping out ceremony. The spotlight was on JP Cullen, our hard-working employees, and the respectto safety. Watching the last truss get hoisted was a great feeling! I was so fortunate to be on such an amazing project. - Who has been most inspirational to you in your career?
When I turned 16, I started working at a local hardware store in Edgerton, WI. (Deegan Hardware) I worked there while going to school and ended up being there for 7 years. The owner, Donny Deegan has been most inspirational to me. He taught me people skills, communications skills and business skills that I will use the rest of my life! - If you were a superhero, what would your superpower be?
If I was a superhero my superpower would be the ability to teleport. That way, if the treestand or duck blind I was hunting didn’t have much action; I could suspiciously teleport to another one without being detected. Bingo! - What is the funniest moment in your career?
I would say the funniest moment of my career was when I was presenting a safety training and it wasn’t until midway through someone told me that my pants zipper was down. Although embarrassed, I laughed until tears came rolling down my face!
