Advocate Aurora Health Lakeland Medical Center Emergency Department Renovation

JP Cullen and Architecture Firm Anderson Mikos Architects are partnering on Advocate Aurora Health’s new Lakeland Medical Center Emergency Renovation and addition. This project is being lead through the process with Lean Construction Principles and Design-Build aspects through the three teams.

This phased project includes the renovation of the existing Emergency Department along with an addition that will add 9,500 sqft to the Medical Center’s campus. The phased approach to construction that was vetted out and created a site plan that resulted in minimal disruption to patient care and end users. The project will begin construction in March 2024, with an anticipated completion date of fall 2025.
