American Center and Capitol Bank

We recently constructed the new American Center three-tenant office building located in the prestigious American Center Business Park in Madison, WI, adjacent to Baker Tilly. Additionally, we built-out the space for Capitol Bank, the anchor tenant, who occupies approximately 25% of the building.

The building’s front-facing position with rear parking enhances transparency and fosters a modern, urban atmosphere, encouraging density and future developments in the Park. Access to the bank is through a small courtyard from the parking lot, enhancing the entry experience. Two additional entries lead to future tenant spaces, with connections to double-height glass on Eastpark Boulevard. The bank and tenant spaces share a cohesive design with dark bronze metal panels, exposed wood roof decking, and brick, creating a timeless aesthetic that complements the surrounding area. This space features a classic bank layout enhanced with high-end finishes, including extensive use of glass and wood, creating a sophisticated and modern banking experience.
