Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s (CSM) Cardiac ICU project is a complete renovation over 3 phases of construction and over 21,000 sqft of active hospital floors. The first phase includes a build-out of a new ICU suite on the 5th floor. Phase 2 is a remodel of the nurse station and team areas on the East Wing of the fourth floor. This is followed by Phase 3, a remodel of the nurse station and team areas on the West Wing of the fourth floor. This project will be completed in July 2022.
