Baker Tilly’s Janesville office faced the challenge of outdated workspaces that no longer met the needs of its employees. The renovation project included the demolition of the second-floor office space, self-performing most of it, including demolition, casework, and doors/hardware.

The building remained occupied throughout the renovation. Stringent safety measures were put in place to ensure the well-being of employees and our workers. This included the use of temporary walls to separate the construction areas from occupied spaces. Any noisy operations were limited during office hours, and we maintained communication with building users to minimize any possible disruptions.

The employees now have significantly improved workspaces to better meet their needs, enhancing daily activities and overall employee satisfaction, creating a more productive and pleasant work environment for all.
