Cedar Crest Kitchen and Park Renovation

The work consisted of seventeen specific phases of renovation to an existing and occupied elder care facility, Cedar Crest Retirement Community. Extra safety measures were taken to protect the residents, staff, and their guests from any potential sources of harm or discomfort at all times during the phased reconstruction.

These seventeen phases included two satellite kitchenettes, several nursing and patient care areas, four resident hallways, a large central park gathering area, and the main kitchen remodel. The main kitchen was the last phase of the renovation. It was completely gutted and rebuilt with new walk in freezers and all new commercial food service equipment
