Chase Tower
JP Cullen recently completed Phase 1 of this anchor project in downtown Milwaukee to Chase Tower that elevated it to a premier class A office space and the “go to” address. Built in 1961, the building was at 60% occupancy, making these upgrades created spaces employers were seeking as they encouraged employees to come back into the office. The scope included:
- Renovating an empty first floor area into a fitness center with locker and shower rooms
- Adding a shared conference room
- First floor tenant lounge with fireplace and riverwalk access
