JP Cullen partnered with Educators Credit Union (ECU) to construct its new 42,000 sqft headquarters in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin. Strategically located along I-94 near Washington Avenue, the facility was designed to serve as a modern, accessible hub for ECU’s growing operations.
The three-story building was designed to accommodate up to 125 employees and foster collaboration, wellness, and innovation. Amenities included a café and fitness room for staff, along with outdoor walking trails, pickleball courts, and a basketball court, creating a dynamic and engaging workplace environment.
