We have been a trusted partner in construction management services for Epic in the countryside of Verona, WI since June 2004. The Learning Campus is comprised of over 660,000 square feet of space with a 5,400-seat auditorium. Like master builders of the past, we successfully executed this major construction feat while expertly managing numerous subcontractors and suppliers.

Unifying High-Tech and Reality:

Our main design objective was to cater to Epic’s advanced operational requirements while creating an attractive and navigable facility. The Learning Campus was meticulously crafted to enhance staff ease and efficiency, promote skill development of user groups, and captivate passersby and visitors.

Cutting-Edge Technology:

Working against an aggressive schedule, we demonstrated our expertise by unifying over 660,000 square feet of customized spaces within just 44 months. The campus boasts a prime technical goal – to be “wireless.” Our infrastructure, built with fiber optics and copper cabling, encourages seamless wireless communication and exchange throughout the complex.

A Comprehensive Approach:

In the spirit of master builders, we comprehensively managed every facet of the Learning Campus construction, while also competitively bidding on various aspects we could self-perform. Our services encompass advanced steel erecting, concrete work, rough and finish carpentry, masonry, precast installations, and precise stone setting.

At JP Cullen, we believe in delivering excellence through expertise, meticulous project management, and the spirit of master builders. Our partnership with Epic and the success of the Learning Campus project is a testament to our commitment to delivering outstanding results.
