We partnered with the City of Fitchburg to construct the new Fitchburg Police Department, supporting the city’s growing public safety needs. Our team is building a 64,000 sqft, two-story building on a 10-acre greenfield site across from City Hall.

The facility is designed to support a variety of police operations with underground parking for squad cars, evidence storage, locker rooms, and utility spaces. The upper level includes offices, holding areas, and program spaces. The structure includes cast-in-place concrete foundations with a Thermomass system, precast structural components, steel-framed roofing, along with a brick veneer exterior. Additional features include a geothermal system, a solar-ready roof system, and highly specialized interior construction such as detention equipment and bullet-resistant assemblies for safety.

With specialized building systems, site conditions, and a wide range of interior functions, our team is focused on executing each phase with precision. As construction continues, the project will progress into a purpose-built facility designed to meet the operational needs of the Police Department and the community of Fitchburg.
