Octopi Brewing Expansion

Octopi Brewing Company is experiencing significant growth, prompting the need for a new space to accommodate all their brewing and manufacturing requirements. Situated in the Waunakee Business Park, we spearheaded the construction of a 34,700 sqft facility tailored to their needs. Our team managed all aspects of the self-performed work, including concrete foundations, carpentry, structural steel, and equipment rigging of tanks.

The foundation work involved laying down 800 linear feet of footing and constructing 11,000 square feet of frost walls. Once we completed the underground plumbing and foundation tasks, we moved on to erecting a pre-engineered metal building. Following that, we proceeded with interior work and equipment installation, aiming for completion during the winter and spring seasons.

This expansion project marked a significant step forward for us, demonstrating our dedication to delivering top-notch construction solutions while meeting the evolving needs of our clients.
