Randolph School District Referendum Project
Square Footage:
Location:
After nearly a decade of planning , voters approved spending $17.57 million to create a pre-kindergarten through eighth grade school at the current high school, with improvements and additions to the current building, allowing the District to operate completely under one roof. The project consisted of approximately 80,000 square feet of elementary school, middle school, cafeteria and locker room additions. Renovations to approximately 14,000 square feet of the existing school and gymnasium were also made.
Getting an aggressive referendum passed in a small rural community was a challenge for this District. Our Referendum Team worked closely with Randolph to keep the community informed and engaged while supporting the School Board, administration and grassroot supporters, ultimately resulting in a successful referendum.
