The remodeled concession stand at Lambeau Field in Green Bay and at the Kohl’s Center in Madison are a first for Wisconsin. The stands are unique in the sense that they capture the ambience and menu of the traditional supper clubs that Wiscon-ites hold dear and that tourists love to visit.
