This project included the installation of 32,000 CMU block backup and 98,000 brick to the exterior of a 6 story structure. The project site was very confined in downtown Madison requiring just in time material deliveries. We served as a subcontractor to the Owner and helped to drive the entire project schedule to enclose the building. Since much of the work was done in the winter months, enclosing the building was extremely critical for the project completion.

The Wisconsin Energy Institute is a vital research facility for the University of Wisconsin- Madison, a national leader in energy research. Studies include the transition towards new, clean energy systems and solutions.
