Tis the season of giving!

Jessica Richards

Our commitment to personal growth, family values, and community engagement runs deep within our company. We have the unique privilege of making a lasting impact on the world through the construction of significant structures.

This year, our commitment to making a meaningful impact led us to organize a Food/Clothing/Toy Drive throughout November. Open to everyone, our goal was to collect as much as we could for those in need. JP Cullen’s Steering Committee selected one organization near each of our three offices – Echo of Janesville, Capuchin Community Services, and River Food Pantry – ensuring our contributions benefit the local communities we serve.

The response from these organizations has been overwhelming. The gratitude expressed by the recipients goes beyond words, emphasizing the tangible impact our collective efforts have on families in need during the holiday season. The items collected, ranging from winter essentials and non-perishable items to games, puzzles, and personal hygiene products, reflect the generosity and compassion of our team.

In total, the numbers speak volumes about the success of our initiative. Company-wide, we collected an impressive 2,773 items and raised $395.00, which will be used to purchase gift cards. This accomplishment would not have been possible without the dedication of individuals like Jaime Jackson, Alexandra Herrmann, and Savannah Skinner, who played a crucial role in organizing, counting, and keeping track of donations in their respective offices.

As part of our commitment to supporting our communities, one of our team members, Sean Cullen, participated in the Zizzo Group Engagement Marketing’s 7th Annual Donut Smackdown. In this exciting and philanthropic event, 54 Milwaukee business leaders and 27 teams raced against the clock to eat nine donuts per team. Sean’s team alone raised over $2,700 in support of the Greater Milwaukee and Waukesha County areas. Special recognition goes to Sean Cullen and his partner Patrick Lubar, Vice President & Commercial Lender at Ixonia Bank, for not only meeting but exceeding their fundraising goal!
