Epic Creatures and Guilds

At JP Cullen, we partnered with Epic, a healthcare software company in Verona Wisconsin to build the Creatures and Guilds office spaces within Wizards Academy, expanding on their corporate campus. We directly provided preconstruction, and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) services throughout the entirety of the project.

The 100,000 sqft expansions were designed to match the imaginative style that defines Epic’s campus while still functioning as a practical efficient workspace. The buildings themselves include three levels of office space. Intricate millwork is featured in the interior of the buildings and a blend of different architectural themes on the exterior. Some other highlights include feature staircases by Precision Metal Fab, conference rooms, a utility tunnel, and a pedestrian skybridge. The space balances creative design elements with day-to-day usability, giving employees an environment that is both engaging and functional.

The Creatures and Guilds buildings demonstrate our experience building detailed and customized spaces within an active campus environment. It also reflects the ongoing working relationship between JP Cullen and Epic, shaped though repeated collaboration and trust, on projects across the campus.
