Since 2013, JP Cullen has partnered with UW Health on over 300 projects, totaling over $15.6 million under their Contractor Services Program.
Through this small project delivery method, UW Health has experienced over half a million in cost savings, fewer unforeseen costs, and is provided with reliable, real-time information on costs so they can make informed decisions.
In addition, we provide a team that is a familiar face for UW Health users and departments, giving them a go-to person with any issues or concerns.
Some of our work has included replacing and upgrading air handling units, remodeling intensive patient and staff areas, and planning and executing work in critical care units and highly sensitive spaces such as the third floor operating rooms in the American Family Children’s Hospital and the Specimen Handling lab.
