Cedar Crest 24 Unit Addition & Renovation

The Cedar Crest Retirement Community Addition & Renovation project included new construction that linked three levels of buildings built in 1963 and 1977, while incorporating an addition of new apartments, 23,000 sqft of corridor renovation in the ‘63, ‘77, ‘86 buildings, and a new library in the south wing of the 1963 building.

Cedar Crest also added 49,500 sqft of independent living space including 24 new apartments. A new portion of the underground parking structure was also added and tied into the existing underground parking. Patterned concrete, plantings, and a large gazebo were added to the areas between the existing and new buildings.
