Chemical Facility Design-Build Rebuild

JP Cullen completed a design-build project for a chemical company at their active facility in Illinois. The project included approximately 45,000 square feet of extensive demolition, which included removing existing foundations, containment walls, and remaining site work slabs. The Packaging and Warehouse buildings were rebuilt, and additional warehouse space was constructed. Two containment areas were reconstructed, and repairs were made to three other buildings: the Ore, Concentrator, and KOH Pump House. JP Cullen also installed the structural steel and insulated metal panels (IMP) for the packaging equipment.
