Luminary Tower

We are partnering with LZ Ventures to build Luminary, a new student housing project in Madison, WI in the heart of campus. The 15-story tensioned concrete structure will consist of two levels of below grade parking and over 300,000 sqft of space.

This project will also include 189 residential units across 30 layouts, providing over 500 students with housing, along with a coffee shop, fitness center, study areas, and a top floor library. The project blends strong materials, creating a modern urban setting, through of a combination of concrete, masonry, brick and stone, and metal panels.

Luminary highlights our ability to construct large-scale residential projects, with a fast-moving schedule projecting a duration of 20 months. From early excavation and structural concrete work, our team prioritizes strong coordination, detailed planning, and VDC utilization to ensure efficiency and quality throughout construction. This project also shows our growth in the student housing market, delivering high density living environments while seamlessly navigating the City of Madisons regulations with building in a busy downtown corridor, coordinating lane closures and maintaining public access.
