Milwaukee Enrollment Services Renovation

The State of Wisconsin’s Department of Administration (DOA) desired to lease an office suite for use by the Department of Health Services (DHS). JP Cullen teamed with CH Coakley to propose CH Coakley’s warehouse office location on N. 64th Street in Milwaukee. The vacant warehouse was transformed in a matter of 3 months into a state-of-the-art Milwaukee Enrollment Services (MilES) location that serves Milwaukee County Residents who are enrolled in the program. The new space features a waiting area for walk up customers with ADA compatibility for those with all abilities, offices, conference rooms, cubicles, mothers’ rooms, break rooms, and a cool down room when DHS staff need a break and regroup. The design incorporated two skylights and exterior windows that let in an abundance of natural light.
