St. John the Baptist Secure Entry
In collaboration with EUA, JP Cullen is helping transform St. John the Baptist School through the addition of a more secure entry and remodel of the existing historic building. The new entry is designed to enhance safety while preserving the character of the building. Originally built in 1940, with an addition completed in 1960, the school has been a longtime landmark in the heart of Waunakee.
The project includes a new secure entry addition featuring a double-security vestibule, a new principal’s office, beautiful workroom area, modern restroom facilities, and a welcoming new entrance that incorporates the original entry feature wall to keep the heart and history of the entry. These improvements create a safer and more functional environment for students, staff, and visitors.
Renovations throughout the existing school include updated restrooms and replacement windows that bring more natural light into classrooms and bring new life to the building. Together, these improvements support the school’s mission to provide a safe learning environment for generations of students to come.
